What data we collect and why

We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you have indicated interest, to keep you informed about the restoration programme and related activities. The lawful basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Volunteers If you register as a volunteer we collect your name, contact details, emergency contact, skills background and participation records. This information is used for volunteer management, safety, skills tracking and reporting to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The lawful basis is contractual necessity under your volunteer agreement. NLHF compliance requires us to retain programme records for a minimum of seven years from the end of the grant period.
